One piece flow or single piece flow is a cornerstone concept in Lean Manufacturing.

The concept as itself is hard to implement, therefore it is always nice to see how it really works in practice.  This video example (Case study) is from the metal industry and shows how production of a pipe can be set up to follow One piece flow.
